Have you have tried other counselors and approaches and want to try something different?
My approach is based on IFS – Internal Family Systems.
IFS is a way of tuning in to what’s going on inside of you, and engaging your thoughts and feelings in a process of supported internal dialogue.
This approach uses curiosity and compassion to help us get to know ourselves better. It can help us understand why certain things seem to be particularly difficult or sensitive for us.
You might already know what you want to work on. Maybe you have already tried some strategies that others have suggested but they don’t seem to be working for you.
Or you might be wondering why you can’t ‘get it together’ and make your life work, and therefore would appreciate help to get clarity. Knowing exactly what you need to work on, is itself a big step in the right direction.
IFS can be used with or without a spiritual dimension. I find the kind of compassion and love that is at the heart of the IFS process resonates deeply with my Christian background and worldview. The process works fine either way. It welcomes whatever you bring to it.

Session fee currently: $120 Australian for one 60 minute focused yet unrushed helpful conversation session. ($440 prepaid for 4 sessions.)
